1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of MatchSpotAR.com and general interactions with MatchSpotAR as a physical sports viewing venue in Buenos Aires. By accessing the website, using its features, submitting an enquiry or visiting the venue, you agree to comply with the terms that apply to the relevant activity.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not submit a reservation enquiry or rely on the website to arrange a visit. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law are not excluded by these terms.
2. Nature of MatchSpotAR
MatchSpotAR is an offline sports social venue where adult guests can gather in person to watch legally available sports broadcasts on large screens, meet other fans and purchase food or drinks where available. MatchSpotAR is not an online streaming platform and does not provide remote access to sports broadcasts.
MatchSpotAR does not operate a sportsbook, casino, betting exchange, lottery or other gambling service. No part of the website should be interpreted as an offer to place or accept bets.
3. Website Information
We aim to keep venue information useful and current, but details such as event schedules, opening hours, menus, seating availability and screening plans can change. Information on the website is general venue information and should be checked again when timing is important.
Obvious errors may be corrected without prior notice. A typographical error, outdated event time or technical display problem does not create an obligation to provide something that cannot reasonably be provided.
4. Reservations and Enquiries
Submitting a contact or reservation form is a request for information or availability. A reservation becomes confirmed only when MatchSpotAR communicates confirmation through an appropriate contact channel and any stated booking conditions have been met.
We may ask for the lead guest's name, contact details, group size, preferred event, arrival time or seating needs. Guests are responsible for providing accurate information and for informing us promptly if plans change.
5. Reservation Conditions
Specific reservations may be subject to arrival windows, table duration, group-size limits, capacity rules, deposits, minimum consumption requirements or other conditions communicated before confirmation. Conditions can vary depending on the event, day, time and expected demand.
If your party size changes materially, we cannot guarantee that the same table or seating arrangement will remain available. We may offer a reasonable alternative where possible.
6. Entry Requirements
Entry is subject to venue capacity, opening hours, age requirements, safety rules and reasonable staff instructions. A reservation does not remove the need to comply with entry requirements.
We may request identification where appropriate, including for age verification. We may refuse entry or require a person to leave where this is permitted by law and reasonably necessary for safety, capacity management, compliance or protection of other guests and staff.
7. Adults 18+ Policy
MatchSpotAR is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Guests may be asked to provide valid identification. Where alcoholic beverages are sold or served, all applicable age restrictions apply regardless of reservation status.
Attempting to obtain age-restricted products for a minor, using false identification or misrepresenting age may result in refused service or removal from the venue.
8. Guest Conduct
Match-day energy is welcome, but guests must behave responsibly. Harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, fighting, deliberate intimidation, dangerous conduct, vandalism, theft, serious disruption or abusive treatment of staff or other guests is not acceptable.
Guests should respect personal space, seating arrangements, venue property and staff directions. Conduct that creates a safety risk or substantially disrupts other visitors may result in removal without further access to the relevant event.
9. Event Schedules and Start Times
Sporting events are controlled by leagues, organizers, clubs, circuits, broadcasters and other independent parties. Start times, dates, venues and formats can change, sometimes at short notice. MatchSpotAR may update its screening schedule when those external details change.
Visitors should check the latest information before travelling, particularly for events that are vulnerable to postponement, weather disruption, schedule changes or broadcast rescheduling.
10. Broadcast Availability
A listed event can be screened only when a lawful local broadcast is available to the venue under applicable arrangements and when technical conditions permit. MatchSpotAR does not guarantee continuous availability of any third-party broadcast.
Broadcast interruptions, signal failures, broadcaster schedule changes, rights restrictions or technical problems may affect what can be shown. Where practical, staff may offer another viewing option, but a specific alternative cannot always be guaranteed.
11. No Sports Rights or League Affiliation
MatchSpotAR does not claim ownership of sports competitions, league names, club identities, team marks, player rights or broadcast content belonging to third parties. References to sports are descriptive and are used to communicate the type of events guests may wish to watch.
No affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or official partnership with FIFA, CONMEBOL, AFA, UEFA, Formula 1, NBA or another sporting organization should be inferred unless expressly stated by the relevant rights holder.
12. Changes, Postponements and Cancellations
We may change a screening, seating plan, opening time or reservation arrangement when required by event changes, lawful broadcast availability, safety concerns, technical issues, venue capacity or circumstances outside reasonable control.
If a confirmed reservation is materially affected, we will aim to communicate available options using the contact details provided. Any refund, credit or cancellation right will depend on the terms associated with the specific booking and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
13. Late Arrival and No-Shows
For high-demand events, tables may be held only for a reasonable arrival period. If a group does not arrive within an agreed window and cannot be contacted, seating may be released to other guests. Any specific hold period should be communicated with the reservation confirmation.
14. Food and Drink
Menus, kitchen hours, prices and product availability can vary. Items may sell out during busy events. Guests with allergies or dietary requirements should speak with venue staff before ordering and should not rely only on general menu descriptions.
Alcohol service is subject to applicable law and responsible-service practices. Staff may refuse alcohol service where legally required or reasonably necessary.
15. Personal Property
Guests are responsible for reasonable care of their personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, MatchSpotAR is not responsible for loss or damage caused by another visitor or by a guest leaving property unattended, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Safety and Emergencies
Guests must follow reasonable emergency, evacuation and safety instructions given by staff or authorities. Access to certain areas may be restricted for safety, operational or licensing reasons.
Nothing in these terms limits obligations that MatchSpotAR has under applicable health, safety, consumer or public-order requirements.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious code, scrape it in a way that causes unreasonable load, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent enquiries or use the site to facilitate unlawful activity.
